Just re-read your message... more details on the choices.

I have been on the Don Jose twice, as well as a couple land based excursions with both Cortez Club and Club Cantamar.

For pure diving, the Don Jose can not be outdone. Still my favorite live aboard, you can manage 5 dives a day most of the time.

If you are looking for a more "leisurely" trip, land based is great, especially if you are with a group and want to party a bit. Cantamar wins hands down for this! Large boats hold ing 20 plus divers, but you will get in 3 dives a day.

Cortez Club has smaller faster boats, making the dive experience a bit more personal, and Luke was a great divemaster, as well as a shark expert. Cant think of anyone better as a guide at El Bajo! Smaller boats, 2 dives a day.

I recommend any of these choices highly. It just depends on what you are looking for on this trip.
