My wife and I are coming to California (OC)for a diving vacation next summer from northern Europe. I was wondering, since it is a high season, that is it necessary to book the boat trips meny weeks in advance to make sure we get on board? Or can I count on getting on by calling the boats when we have arrived? Just want to make sure not to miss the kelp and the channel islands.
