One of them involved a comdemned tank that had a hole drilled in it by a hydro test center. The owner wasn't too happy about this so he decided to "repair" the hole by screwing in a sheet-metal screw, filing off the head flush with the tank and repainting it. Fortunately, a fill-station operator caught the "repair" before trying to fill the time bomb. BTW Eric -- thanks for the pics!
