Hey Ken,

It seems as if it's not really SSS Networks vs. DAN, but one guy who owns a couple of the chambers in that network vs. DAN. When I talked to the guy at SSS who was handling this issue, I got the very distinct impression that they were surprised by the press release that started all this yesterday. They quickly talked to their chambers and then issued a press release early today which listed their facilities which ARE accepting DAN America insurance, and it's most of their facilities. The impression that it's one guy is strengthened.

Add to this that the press release today by SSS Networks makes reference to some of the facilities being under new ownership, and it just sounds like a mess.
