So I was wondering if you have a weight around the neck of your cylinder will this make the upper part of your body sink faster than your feet making air go to the boots?

Just asking Because the wieght I had made me perfect just neutral with the teeny bit of air I had in the suit and no air in the BC at 3to10ft.
My legs for some reason always sink It might be my heavy fins?
Also I'm a long person and my upper body is shorter than my butt and legs hehehe! I know it sound funny and almost pornographic:)
