I know Dan Orr and he is as fine a man as I have met. I believe he would walk over water to help a diver in need. Sounds like SSS doesn't like having their bills scrutinized or questioned. Which is exactly why it should be done. I saw Dan Orr in action after the Belize diaster a few years back, He was on the phone and meeting with people prior to the HB O conference in Cozumel. OK so I snuck down a few days early to get more diving done and ran into him at the hotel. He exemplifies the spirit of DAN.
