UPI-

Elaine Jobin, a well know scuba photographer in Southern California recently got into an alteracation with an extremely rare large fish indigenous to the oceans adjacent to the South American rainforests known as the South American ButtFish.

The fish has been recently spotted by scuba divers in a newly discovered dive area of Catalina Island called Brazilian Bikini Gardens. This area is know for being completely stripped bare of all vegetation growth.

Seems that the diver startled and harassed it by chasing it and using flash photography in an agressive manner according to fish behaviorists. Other divers in the area reported that the fish took her camera in its mouth and beat the attacking diver several times about the head. Divers reported seeing her flee rapidly from the fish's nest as it bit her on her ample bum on the way out.

Local patroling Cal Dept. of Fish and Game wardens noticed a commotion on a scuba charter boat the diver was a passenger on and boarded the boat looking for potential enforcement acitivity. Instead diver Jobin without hesitation requested that the handsome younger DFG warden render first aid to the painful buttocks bite she received.

"I was in excruciating pain, but after seeing Warden Dirk the Dashing and he attended to my buns, it was all worth it!" gushed Ms. Jobin.

Due to the injuries received by the diver and recommendations by Warden Dashing, DFG Spokepeople said the DFG would exercise its discretion and elected not to issue a citation to the diver for annoying marine life.
