I think you are safe with DAN, as long as you are not a GUE diver.

Because as a GUE diver you are most likely to waste DAN’s funding, and that could affect all of us who subscribe to DAN.

DAN is designed to be diving insurance for good divers, and not a guaranteed chamber reimbursement for GUE clones.
