We took the boat out of King Harbor this morning for a quick dive off of Redondo. Visibility was about five feet all the way from the surface to the bottom at 100 feet. The water was much colder than it has been; my computer read 52 degrees. They've opened the beaches south of Manhattan since the sewage spill last Sunday, but there was a lot of plastic trash scattered on the bottom. We are not going out tomorrow!
