I stayed at both the Palau Princess and also on the aggressor. Both were great and we were treated wonderfully. The drawback to PPR is expense and the trips out to the reef in the tiny little boats. The Aggressor has a boat on an escaltor that goes to the spots and as the aggressor is already out there, thr trip to the dive spot is very short.
