Cochran had ton's of problems in the 90's and alot of people have not forgotten. I have had a Gemini (bought in 2000) and a Commander (bought about 2002) and not one problem. The Bikini Atoll stuff is almost urban legend. I heard that Cochran maintained they were setting a conservatism that was unreasonable. If their computers fell apart how could they have military contracts. Anyway if I were to buy another computer it would probably be a Suunto. Like those Stingers.
