I have a 26 ft. Chaparral. It took us probably 1-1/2 hours to make the crossing, though I can't say for sure because I wasn't really looking at a watch (don't wear one). I seemed like an eternity.

I have to say that for all the work it needs (like any boat) I have a new appreciation for my Chaparral. What a SOLID boat! I gave her a big hug on the nose when we got back to the slip!!
