Are you a princess or what? You have completely taken this out of text. Are you friends with the two other instructors? Most boats are more than willing to help divers that need help. Taking the weight from students from instuctors that are not willing to do the tast themselves is just looking for trouble.
The boat and crew are not insured to help with students under normal conditions. That is why the instructor has to pay so much for that insurance.
Do not pass this on to the boat or it's crew. It remains at the instuctor level. Keep it there.
