I corresponded with an advanced technical dive instructor on Cozumel. He told me that the MEDITUR chamber at Clinica Cozumel is owned by Dr. Pascual Piccolo. He has known this doctor for over 20 years and would make his chamber a first choice. Dr. Piccolo, who speaks excellent English and is married to an American RN, also has a chamber in Playa del Carmen.
