My PST HP100 failed Hydro the first time I had it Hydro'd. I'm curious if this has happened to anyone else with this type of tank, or if mine is a fluke.

And in response to the obvious questions:
Yes, it was regularly VIP'd
No, I didn't regularly overfill it
