Steve-O the TDI tech instructor died on the Moody or the Yukon recently, but I forgot which. Rodales did a write up on his "accident." Of course, he would have loved that (not). They concluded that he must have lost track of his tech student that day in the low vis, then went after him/her, and got stuck in the process.

Death happens.
