That was a great post. I appreciate the info as it was just what I was looking for. I needed to know if the stats were 2 people a year or 200. I also wondered what most cases locally here involve- the list at the end was the thing I was looking for most - what experience says can contribut the most in this area. I looked at everyone elses post and learned got something from all of them. This one put it all together for me-I've always thought most accidents are a combination of problems. Also I am interested in the workshop/panel at scuba show, and confess I've never gone to a discussion there.
