I'd look at-

Fuji E900 in Ikelite Housing w/ either Ikelite DS50 or Inon D-2000w Strobes. It has much better macro capability, and a decent wa acceessory lineup from Inon. (see Fuji_Bob on Flickr or Dr. Bob on DigitalDiver.net).

Canon S70 in Canon Housing w/ Inon 28 AD Wide Angle Lenses, better optics than Sea & Sea's wide angle.
