I'm confused: there's a HUGE sign at that parking lot across the street that very explicitly says, "Parking for Whale Watching, SCUBA Diving, and Fishing"...what gives??? I've been going to 22nd Street Landing since 1990 when I got certified on the Mr. C and I've ALWAYS parked across the street without a problem....
