This is all very interesting, but put the blame, where the blame should be.
“Friendly Frank, aka, Fat Frank” is just he pit bull of the landing with the IQ of a dock rat. The only reason that he is doing what he is, is because the owners of the landing are letting him run it. Make no mistake Frank only does what he is allowed to do (remember, pit bull, IQ of a dock rat) by the owners.
The owners are: Gary, Steve, Bob (Freedom manager before is was sold), Mark and Paul (owners of the largest new fishing boat on the coast) and least but least, Dick (owner 22nd Street Restaurant and first class A**). Well there you have it. Dick is the one who is towing all your cars and trying to stop you from parking and unloading. He even had a car towed that the diver died from a heart attack, what an a**.
A few dive boats are still there and unfortunately, they are getting the shaft. The only way to stop this is to completely boycott the landing, and never ever eat at the landing again. Oh, and don’t forget this is the landing that condones shooting of sea lions, for a hand full of fish.
Hopefully, the remaining dive boats will get a clue and leave. Hopefully.
