I bought one a year ago, and recently when closing it up one of the zipper pulls came apart. The local dealer I bought it from said the zipper pull isn't something they could send out that I could put on myself -- they actually fix problems like this by unstitching the entire length of zipper and replacing the whole thing. Although they were willing to do this under their lifetime warranty, the dealer says I'd have to cover the cost to ship it to North Carolina. So I jury-rigged something with a paper clip. It's a nice bag, but in my experience not quite as bulletproof as its billing.
