Of course, you won't get VLC except when strenuously exercising. Tidal lung capacity - normal breath - is about 0.5 L ( 1 pound of lift ). A deeper exhale, intake can easily change your buoyancy by a few pounds.

BTW, I'm 5' 8" and 140 pounds.
