Less serverely? You have to be kidding. Nothing happened to him. He lost his ticket for two weeks. Does anyone remember Dave Melson? He used to work on the GE as a second. He lost his ticket for 6 months because he ran the boat aground and did not report it. No one hurt, just damage to the boat. CG sucks.
