But we will have to "Think out of the tank". Most kidnappers use threats of violence, but that is not Max's style. We need the Elaine Whisperer.

Perhapsl start nay with bread crumbs, but with broken pieces of Ectachrome and croissants. Then a really big hoop net and a crane truck.

Can't you just see Max & -eJ driving down the Harbor Freeway with a stolen crane with a snared elaine dangling from the back end.

Then we will have to drive over the chain link at the dive site and winch her off the cliff into the gaping maw of an unzipped dive suit.

Knowing elaine she will momentarily forget about pressing charges once she is in the water.
