A tech backplate and wings is the best choice for doubles.
Dive-Rite who made the original back plates, of one of the me-too outfits such as Scubapro, Zeagle, DSS, OMS, Halcyon, et al. are all possibilities.
I like my ABS back-plates for use with steel tanks. Heavier metal ones are better for the buoyant Al tanks.
Make sure the manifold and bands you get are designed to work together for your size tanks.
The best manifolds I have are some old Sherwood dual DINs. I also have an OMS manifold. Dive-rite and others also make good manifolds.
A tech back plate also requires a different weighting system because you should not use a standard weight belt with the crotch strap. The are several approaches for weights.
