I have been out on the Explorer once and that one time would be my only. I felt that i wasnt treated with the respect i should be getting. They do seem to make their friends on the boat the VIPs. It seemed like they worked hard to please them trying to find good spots for bugs. Their friends probably arent even paying for their spots. The dive boats cant run if we dont go on them and pay them. I agree if you are unhappy with a boats service then get the word out. Tell all your friends about the service you recieve on the Explorer.
