Slander???

I went back and re read those posts. I didn't see slander. I saw complaints.
Correct me if I am wrong but is not slander when some one claims something untrue and negative or degrading.

It seems like slander would be "Bob is an idiot" or "Veronica is a gold digger".

But "I got bad service" "or "the crew was rude" seem to be more opinion that slander. Any one that that deals with the public should pay close attention to these.

Everybody can have a bad day. As well so can groups of people. This is why I usually tip well when they are good and poorly when bad.

It would be good to hear a rebuttal from the Explorer.
