I'm sorry to hear that. I had a good trip. They had four crew to about eighteen or so divers so service was good for me. It was a open boat and no clubs so everybody got in and out with no problems. The boat handled the weather well on the return trip and I got a nap in. All in all, I thought everyone including the other divers were pleasant. I would use them again.
