i have been watching a couple of wrecks at Nic deteriorate since '93..

One is on the beach and 5 years ago it was almost fully intact, now it is a hollow frame..

The other used to stick way out of the water. After the last 25ft swells came thru So Cal in '01, a whole floor of the wreck collapsed and it is now below sea level, nothing above*.

deteriorating wrecks ARE VERY DANGEROUS!

It was a good call to keep people away once a steel hulls gets to a certain point.

I'm sure there are plenty of people who have watched the Dominator gradually dissappear over the years...
