Hi,

I'd like to get input from those "in the know" of what it really takes to open and successfully run your own dive shop. Is it mostly equipment sales that generates the main income? Do you have to be an instructor to open a shop? Or is it sufficient to be an experienced diver and hire instructors instead? Any shop owners willing to spend a few minutes in giving some insight or training? Thanks.
