However his "donation" (always less than $500) is always much less than the out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the dive boat owners that to participate. The other owners pay for fuel, crew, and donate their time. In addition their time and wear and tear on their boats.
However this year the "donation" is a rather limp excuse since he has no Charters scheduled that day.
