Don’t know if this will help, but not too long ago on a dive I gave my dive buddy one piece of advice....quit moving your hands and park them. On the same day, same dive site, we did a second dive and he got 15 minutes more bottom time with 300 PSI left in the tank, compared to the previous dive that day and zero (0) PSI in the tank. Did not waiving his hand about make the difference? I don't know. But I have on more than one occasion seen longer bottom times once divers stopped moving their hands about. Note, waiving the hands cosntantly is usally a symptom of not enough buoancy from either not enough air in the BC or too much lead and ually both.

Just my 2 cents. Could be cheaper than a new tank.
