Those are some tough beach dives. Down here we would look once and call it a day. My dive hat is definitely off to you (and just think, the water is probably 48 degrees - instant cold compress for the body dings and dents). Ve careful and put a cell phone in a water tight case - you never know when you are going to surface need to call the coast guard for a rescue.
