Gear: Computer. No HID light. I don't clip off the long hose when
not in use (which is only on the boat). No Knife (I do have a
seat belt cutter). No pocket(s). Sausage and a UK 6-cell light
with boat flares in it are on my right BC strap.

The integrated team is great, IF you have the right buddy. It
doesn't bother me to dive solo on a lot of dives, but for the
deeper (> 100') and offshore (Farallones), I want the team.

I do slow ascents and deep stops, but I was doing those before
I ever heard of DIR.

No problem with the name. It's just a name. So's Nissan Maxima.
