I have never been asked for any certification card ever for airfills, I can get an airfill anywhere, anytime. I can buy my own compressor and fill my own air, I am never asked to show proof of certification on dive boats...the list goes on and on. This is a backdoor attempt to set up a new tax scheme, and each time they knock one down, the next is set up for the fall. I don't believe in workignj extra hard so some scum politician can concot up a law so they can steal it from me.
