Sounds like quite the mix between Communism and Fascism.

I prefer to diving and enjoy boating in an untaxed, fairly unregulated fashion. We know about your advocacy of big goverment and taxes your disdain for people who want to be free, as it is always the same tired, worn out old mantra from you.....

Now, can we get just back to talking about diving?
