Why should we have safer boating regulations?

I have never been hit by a boat. So who cares?

We should lobby to have a truly FREE America.
Lets do away with Police and stop lights and restrictions on trade of any kind.
Every road an Autobahn I say!
Arm the Populus! Smaller sidearms for the grades K-12 for certain. But after that, ten sawed offs in every bar would quell any fist fights pronto!
Survival of the fittest in our new Davian Society.
And the blazes with healthcare and those confounded wheelchair ramps!

Oh yeah, screw that annoying Vip and hydro thing. That is just the Man putting Us scuba bruthas' down.
