I was with a large group passing through Bali about a month after the last bombings. The people were so glad to see us, as hotel occupancy was down. We toured and shoped for two days, waiting to be transfered to Wakatobi.
Once at Wakatobi we only had to lift our forks. They can handle 40 divers and have 135 people working at the resort. The resort is about 25% higher than most land based operations. But given the location, diving, food, cabins, and service, well worth the price. I thought the trip was epic.
