![]() Comments from Leslie Harris at the LA County Museum of Natural History: The red circles contain amphipods, the yellow circles have ostracods, and the big blue circle has some of the many parasitic copepods. The amphipods & ostracods may be eating diseased flesh or just along for the ride.
