We were entertained by some aggressive ones at on the Sea Diver trip at Richardson Rock two weeks ago. The sea lions had a slightly different act. They made the rounds trying to stick our heads in their mouth. I have permanent marks on my hood now. It didn't hurt and I felt like I was getting gummed, not bitten, but when they got a grip they would try and shake my head. Little creeps. The Richardson Rock Sea Lions could use some "Charm School" lessons from the Santa Barbara Colony.
