On the Northern Channel Island trips I usually pack a little warmer and make sure that the dive gear and personal stuff left topside can hold their own against wind a little better. Other than that, at least on the Peace, it is pretty much the same. The dive sites are much different and usually more colorful but the needed dive skills are about the same too.
