Scott.. The swimming bell is not the main float that I'm referring to. If I'm reading Wrobel and Mills correctly, some of these siphonophores (like Apolemia) have both swimming bells (nectophores) and a main float known as a pneumatophore. Praya is a member of an order (Calycophora) that lacks the pneumatophore.
