Well said. I confess I've always admired aluminum boats, but have very little time in them. I am somewhat familiar with the Farallon boats, and although I like them, I think the Radon is superior in the open ocean. In the last few years, Don has come out with a new mold - it has a sharper entry than the older ones & manages the uphill battle much better. Plus, I've always thought the Radons were easier to climb up onto. During the urchin heyday, they were stacked up with orders for the 24 & 32's. Nowadays though, they are very expensive & I believe cater to the "deep pockets" set, for the most part.
