I've seen him on three different dives. His burrow is fairly easy to find. It's about two feet away from the rocks just east of the tire about 50 yards west of the cove. I'm going back next time with some squid from the store to try to coax him out and see if it's actually an eel. I'm always amazed that I continue to find new and exciting animals at a site I've dived more than 200 times.
