Hi Chris, that's what I do now with one cannister. Problem is I will be using three and have had so much trouble with wetmates, I'm not willing to use underwater pluggable connectors anymore. The new lighting setup will use 3 HID lights, each with its own battery. It will be easier to clip on three cannisters than to attach the 3 HIDs into their respective slots on the camera after jumping in...
