Nikon D200 - is this love?

For the last couple of years I have searched for the right digital camera. To make the swap from film. I didn't want to buy a camera. That I would have to upgrade right away. So I just waited till I found the camera I really wanted. Not just to go digital, but a decent replacement for film. I think I finally found it. It is within my budget. Has anyone used this camera or have a opinion of it for underwater use.
