I am planning a writing sojourn down to Costa Rica for about a month to a month-and-a-half. My dates of departure will be sometime between August and October. My plan is to hunker down in a house and write. While there though, I'd like to do some diving so I'd like to stay in a town/community with opportunities in this area. Is the diving better on the Pacific/Caribbean side of the country? I know this is mostly a local message board but divers are travelers so any suggestions/comments would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any input offered.
