Don't start on it until conditions in the ocean suck.
I hear that all the good contractors here went to Pheonix or Las Vegas.
You mention showers. This one is made of concrete poured in 1950 and is harder than DC's heart. It is raised 3 inches. Removint it is next weeks project along with the tile.
Do a dive for me.
At least I get to see Elaine's, Phil's, Rosso's, Chris' and all the rest of the terrific reports.
