My plate and accessories weighs 7-8 lbs, I use an E-7 100 steel,
7mm neoprene drysuit, 1 1/2 pound ankle weights, and a 24 lb weight belt which consists of a single 12 pounder on each side. Very simple and streamlined. I am neutral at 15 feet with all air spaces empty and 500 psi left in the tank.
