Mark Kettenhofen in Orange, CA also makes fabulous custom suits, not just old school (as with my thickest suit (yes, I do have a warm suit, not just my old 3mm ;), but any style/color combo/skin-in or plush lining. I think he took over 40 measurements for mine. Custom suits are the warmest way to go with a wetsuit, though Xcel is pretty good off the rack too. His link is:
